Nexus 7 has brought Google a big step in tablet fields. As the latest smartphone of Nexus series, Nexus 4 brings us much surprise, again.
Nexus 4, which is a collaboration of Google and LG, represents the pinnacle of Android hardware and software. It runs Android 4.2 on quad-core 1.5GHz processor smoothly as butter and has a vibrant screen that is second to none. The screen is invisible when off – but when it lights up, you're treated to 4.7-inches of True HD IPS Plus beauty. That's 768 x 1280 pixels with a pixel density of 318. It is razor sharp – blowing Retina out of the water and we'll venture it is one of the best we've seen on a handset.
It's sleeker in body, which is 133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1 mm and weighs 139 g. The battery lasts all day (and into the next), while the system responds to every gesture instantaneously, without a hiccup.
Nexus 4 is priced – almost unbelievably – at £239 ($299/AU$349) for the 8GB version and £279 ($349/AU$480) for 16GB, even cheaper than the year old Nexus.
To play powerpoint on Nexus 4, here are three methods for you.
Method 1: Download and install office apps from Google Play
If you search "powerpoint" or "office" in Google Play, many apps will be listed. Choose the free or not free version to play powerpoint on Nexus 4. Here are top 6 android powerpoint viewers I collected. Hope you would like them.
Method 2: View powerpoint as image slide by slide
To play simple slideshow, like album, you can save slides as images and use the pre-installed image viewer to show your slideshow.
Method 3: Play the most completely powerpoint slideshow perfectly
PowerPoint files made by Microsoft PowerPoint on Windows includes rich elements, such as embedded audio, video, animations and so on. The office apps in Method 1 are not able to show these things smoothly. In this case, convert powerpoint to video, containing every details in original file. Then play the output video on Nexus 4 easily. This article will tell you how to convert powerpoint to video.

3 Ways to Play PowerPoint Smoothly on Asus PadFone 2
Padfone is still the top phone-tablet devices. The new one - Padfone2 was released serveral days ago. Rely on its better features, Padfone2 will be popular after it is avaliable.
The handset has some changes in its size, from 128 x 65.4 x 9.2 mm to 137.9 x 68.9 x 9 mm and the weight is less than the previous one, which is 649g (135+514g). The 4.7 inch display with the 1280x720 resolution must give users a better experience during using. RAM is expanded to 2GB. Bluetooth v4.0 is added to PadFone 2, too. PadFone 2 still runs Android operating system. Apps from Google Play run normally on it.
Method 1
Asus provides online free version of Microsoft Office this time. Since Asus offers 50GB of online Asus storage space free of cost for 2 years, you are able to access your office related files online through a browser and edit them using Asus-provided free online version of Microsoft office.
Method 2
PadFone2 runs normal Android operating system. Android apps are OK to use on PadFone2. There are many professional documents apps in Google Play. TOP 6 Free PowerPoint Viewers are popular ones of them.
Method 3
Both of the two ways above provides the basic functions in powerpoint viewer. They are still not as strong as real Microsoft PowerPoint. We could add animations, audios, and videos into powerpoint presentations on PC, but couldn't on this android device. Vice versa. PadFone2 doesn't have the ability to play a powerpoint document with embedded multimedia files. Then, here is a solution before us - convert powerpoint to video, keeping everything the same in output video. PadFone 2 plays videos coded in MPEG4, H.263 and H.264 HD 1080p. As long as we convert presentations to these videos, PadFone2 will play them smoothly.
In Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, you can save your slideshow as wmv videos, but Microsoft doesn't give you right to set the code way. Leawo PowerPoint to Video Converter is a professional converter to finish this. All of the original powerpoint document will be converted to the special video as you like.

Asus PadFone 2 vs PadFone: 2nd Generation Smartphone-Tablet is Coming
The second generation Padfone has been released by Asus in Taiwan. There is no doubt that it is an innovative product. Asus Padfone is still the only smartphone-tablet hybrid device from a mainstreem manufacturer until now. The dividing line between phone and tablet is more and more vague.
Asus Padfone 2 has innovations.
- Compared with the original, the new one is much lighter at 649g and does away with the Padfone Station Dock, the third component of the original Padfone which adds a keyboard. At the same time, the handset display size is lager, from 4.3 inch to 4.7 inch and the Super IPS+HD display make colors vibrant.
- The new Padfone 2 is also more powerful, sporting the new quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, supported by 2,140 mAh battery.
- For some strange reason, Asus decided to use a customized version of the micro-USB port of the Padfone 2 and Padfone 2 Station. While you can still use a normal micro-USB cable to charge (and it does seem secure), we noticed that you could wiggle the port (which may result in a freak accident and you snapping the cable/port.
- Speaking of the camera, it records 720p at a whopping 60fps, which is outstanding, and 1080p at 30fps, and can take up to 100 continuous full-resolution images.
- The Padfone 2 (main smartphone component) is priced at $616/$684/$750 for the 16GB/32GB/64GB version. Sadly, there isn’t a microSD card expansion slot. The Padfone Station add-on (the slate component) will retail for $307.

Galaxy S3 Mini has been announced by Samsung for some days. Though the release date is unknown, under Galaxy S3 influence, Mini version has huge potential to be one of the top sellers. You can see more details of iPhone5 vs Galaxy S3 Mini and Galaxy S3 vs Galaxy S3 Mini.
If you choose Galaxy S3 Mini being your next phone, working with it is a function you can't miss. Samsung doesn't give us more details about S3 Mini specifics. But according to its brother - Samsung Galaxy S3, the Mini version must have its Document Viewer installed. It's really a basic office documents viewer in our life. Since Samsung runs Android 4.1, there are more ways to play presentations on it.

You can find out many other FREE office documents viewers in Google Play. Most of these android apps brings you smooth view experience. Such as, ThinkFree Office Mobile Viewer, Kingsoft Office and OfficeSuite Viewer. Here are 6 most popular Android PowerPoint Viewers for you to have a try.
Method 2: Play PowerPoint as Videos
Neither re-install powerpoint viewer, nor popular powerpoint viewer apps in the method above is able to show your presentation fully, especially which was created on PC. These android office documents viewers only provide basic functions. Sometimes, the multimedia and animations embedded in your original powerpoint document are displayed on Galaxy S3 Mini. The best way is converting powerpoint to video, keeping everything from the original one.
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 has supported saving presentations as videos directly and the only output format is .wmv. If you are using Microsoft Office 2010, it's an easy way for you.

How to View PowerPoint on Latest T-Mobile myTouch by Huawei
T-Mobile announced two new smartphones in myTouch family - myTouch and myTouch Q, which are both made by Chinese manufacturer Huawei.
There are already 6 members in T-Mobile myTouch lineup, such as high-end HTC mytouch models to free-with-contract, entry-level LG myTouch units. These two are the seventh and eighth phones aimed at entry-level users. But they all have a same thing - each phone in the series runs a version of the Android software stack.
It's disappoint that neither of the new myTouch smartphones will have Android's latest OS. Instead, they are coming with Android 2.3, but offer other improvements over the handsets before.
Both a better voice control feature and T-Mobile’s simple setup wizard are highlights. The two will come with the Genius Button 4.0. This gives users enhanced speech control featuring Dragon’s speech engine from Nuance. Then, customers are allowed to use their voice to search the web, launch apps, and make reservations.
This year's myTouch models own a 4.0-inch WVGA at 480 x 800 with a 1.4GHz processor and five-megapixel camera. A front-facing camera and 1500mAh battery are the only other key features of both myTouch handsets, which will take advantage of T-Mobile's HSPA+ "4G" network.
Keyboard is the big difference between the myTouch and the myTouch Q. myTouch Q has a physical keyboard while myTouch doesn't. Smartphones with hardware keyboards seem to be a rarity these days, but T-Mobile has a long tradition with QWERTY phones that harkens back to the Sidekick days.
There are many apps provided by software companies in Android Market for users to play office documents, such as Mobile Document Viewer. It's also an easy way to play powerpoint on myTouch. But there is still some places needed to be improved. Most of these apps are supported by browser. So, the formats in original powerpoint document are not sure to be shown as the same. For a better shown, the best way is keeping everything the same in a video - convert powerpoint to mp4. Then, all worries will disappear.
Available on August 8, the 2012 myTouch will be available in black or dark red, while the myTouch Q comes in black or white; both sell for $49.99 after $50 mail-in rebate card with qualifying two-year agreement.

How to View PowerPoint Documents Perfectly on Motorola Atrix HD
Motorola released an article on official website - Motorola ATRIX™ HD for AT&T is Slimmer, Stronger and Smarter Than Ever Before. Motorola Mobility has now announced the Motorola Atrix HD superphone already.
Motorola states that the 4.5-inch ColourBoost display is the highest resolution smartphone display on the market supporting a wide range of more vibrant colours. They explain by stating that more pixels mean greater detail and crisper, clearer images that look true to life. They go on to state that because you need enough power to fuel everything you demand of your smartphone, the Atrix HD LTE is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor.
Motorola states that being remarkably thin while not sacrificing strength, ATRIX HD LTE takes innovation one step further. Its svelte 8.4mm frame is made strong with DuPont Kevlar fiber, a scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass display and a high-tech, invisible nano-coating that acts as a splash guard and shields against the unexpected splash.
The brand states that due to the strong and smart features, the Atrix HD LTE has SMARTACTIONS, a fully integrated, free application that intelligently automates everyday tasks and suggests ways to personalize your smartphone. Based on selections you make, SMARTACTIONS optimizes the phone's performance by silencing the device during meetings (but lets VIP calls through), extending battery life when it is low, announcing incoming texts and calls as well as auto-replying when you are driving so you can focus on the road.

How to Play and Work with SamSung Galaxy Note II?
Samsung is currently working on a larger version of its Note for October this year. Multiple sources including GSMArena have reported that they got inside information on the arrival of a new Galaxy Note phablet, which will tout a 5.5-inch display from the original’s 5.3-inch screen.
As per rumors, the new Note, which may be addressed Note 2, will come with many rich features. It will run on Samsung’s new Exynos 4 Quad family of quad core SoC, Google’s upcoming Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and more.
Display screen: As per some sources, the new Note will sport a 5.5-inch Super AMOELD touchscreen. The screen will have a resolution of 1680 x 1050 pixels at an increased 360 ppi. Certainly, the large display will be one of the major showpieces of the handset, if the rumors are true. The current version of the Note has a 5.3-inch display and most other phablets in the market sport just 5-inch displays. But, the new Note is rumored to mount a larger 5.5-inch display.
Connectivity: Without any surprise, the new Note may feature all major connectivity options. Yes, the device will have 4G LTE, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, NFC and others. Chances are high that Samsung may also integrate Beam S and other advanced connectivity features on the Note 2, thus making it a mini computer. The device may only avail GPS possibly with GLNONASS and A-GPS support, say the rumors. Bluetooth 4.0 with USB and USB-on-the-go may be some other specialties of the Note 2.
Camera: There is an argument that the Note 2 will feature a 12-megapixel AF/touch focus rear camera. It can record video at full HD and it may also have video recording and playback features. Some sources report that the Note 2 will come with only an 8-megapixel rear camera. Indeed, there will be a front facing camera for making video calls and chats.
Multimedia and others: Needless to mention, Samsung will prepare the Note 2 with advanced multimedia features. The device will have MHL for AV out and it can capture video at 1080p clarity. An advanced S-pen digitizer and other features can also be expected with the rumored device.
Office: Running Android operating system, there are lots of free office apps for users to installed, such as QuickOffice, document viewers, flash viewers and etc. If these android apps can't satisfy your requirements on working, try to convert office documents to videos, keeping everything from original files.
Storage: Following the path of the newly launched Galaxy S III, the Note 2 may possibly have a 64GB edition. Along with it, the phablet will feature 16GB and 32GB versions, of course with expandable microSD slots. Yes, users will require large storage on a device with a large display and all modern day features.
New firmware: Certainly, the new Galaxy Note phablet will feature Google’s new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. Google has just announced its new Android version at its I/O conference along with Nexus 7, a 7-inch tablet that will debut the software. Surely, the upcoming Note will preload the new operating system.
Sum-up Apart from rumors, we have no information about a possible Galaxy Note 2. Samsung has never exposed anything about such an upgrade for the Note, which has been an immense success following its launch. Samsung has earlier this year uncovered a 10.1-inch version for the Note series. So we can’t completely refute the chance for a 5.5-inch phablet upgrade for the Note.
